Characters can spend time resting to remove various conditions. The amount of time needed is specified by the condition. Resting requires a reasonable expectation of safety.
When resting for a Turn, it’s reasonable to rest almost anywhere as long as there are no known threats nearby.
When resting for a proper Watch, characters will want to be somewhere secure. Preferably in the safety of a town, but a secluded room in a dungeon can make do.
