When the time scale changes to Beats, roll for initiative. Each character in the scene tests Knack and places a pawn on the space of the Initiative Clock equal to their result (If they rolled a 9, they’d put a pawn on the 9). If multiple pawns are on the same space, place them in an order of the player’s choice, extending outwards from the center.

Rotate the clock until a pawn is on the darkest star. It is that character’s action. If multiple pawns are on the star, the one closest to the center goes first. When a character takes an action, whatever the result of the associated test was, they place their pawn on the matching space on the Initiative Clock. If there are already pawns on that space, the newest pawn is places furthest from the center. Repeat this procedure until done.
