Casting Spells

To cast a spell, make a Will Test. If you succeed, the effects of the spell occur. You may spend extra successes to Flux your spell.

Channeling

When you successfully cast a spell, you may choose to channel it instead of having its effects occur. Note the number of extra successes you had. For your next action, cast the same spell again, and combine the total number of successes.

Breaking a Channel

If you don’t use your next action to cast the spell, the channel breaks. This also happens if you take damage, or are prevented from moving and speaking freely. Finally, if you fail the Test to cast the spell, the channel also breaks.

When a channel breaks, the spell is cast immediately, with the GM choosing fluxes based on the total number of successes.
